Pricing

Start free. Move up a plan when the limits get in your way.

Every plan is a daily allowance rather than a monthly bucket, so a heavy day cannot eat the rest of your month. Counters reset at 00:00 UTC.

Credits

One request is not always one credit.

Requests are priced by how much work they ask for. In practice the credit limit, not the request count, is what you run into first — which is deliberate, because it keeps a plan honest about the size of the tasks it covers.

RequestCostTypically
Basic1 creditA short question, or a single-file edit.
Normal3 creditsThe default cost for ordinary work.
Advanced5 creditsMulti-step tasks across several files.
Long context10 creditsTasks that need a large slice of the repository.

Questions

Before you subscribe.

Can I use my own provider key?
Yes. The CLI reads its provider settings from environment variables, so you can point it at OpenAI, DeepSeek, or a model running locally under Ollama or LM Studio. Requests you send to your own provider are billed by that provider rather than counted here.
What happens when I hit a daily limit?
Requests that ZynOps serves stop until the counters reset at 00:00 UTC. Both the request count and the credit count are checked on every call, and whichever runs out first is the one that stops you. Upgrading takes effect immediately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Stripe handles billing. Open the customer portal from your billing page to switch plan, download invoices, or stop the renewal — there is no minimum term.
How is my CLI session stored?
Only a hash of the session token is kept in our database, so the token itself cannot be read back out of it. On your machine the token goes into the operating system keychain when one is available, and otherwise into a file under ~/.zynops that only your user account can read. Running zynops logout clears the local copy and revokes the session on the server.
Do you store my provider API key?
No. Provider keys are read from your own environment when the CLI runs. They are not transmitted to us and not written to our database.
What do I need installed?
Node.js 18 or newer, on macOS, Linux, or Windows. The CLI installs as a single global npm package and does not require a container, a language runtime beyond Node, or an editor extension.
